I love my necklace, I just wish I could have chosen the type of clasp on the back. I have trouble with the one it comes with because it can be a bit finicky to get on
I was worried because I hadn't seen any examples of portraits, however, when I saw the finished product I couldn't have been more happier. The detail was amazing and the delivery time was relatively quick. I recommend and I will definitely be a returning customer.
I was pleased with the item although disappointed that there was no hallmark to find. Also the chain was a little thinner than I was hoping for.

Great necklace. So good to have a truly personalised name - impossible to get Punjabi names and this looks brilliant. The quality is great. Was good to be able to choose chain length too so it can be a comfortable fit.
Very beautiful necklace but incredibly weak chain. One of the connectors to the clasp has broken after only three months. I noticed that the other one is also about to snap off too. I am lucky that this broke at home as I would have been very upset if I’d have lost it in public.
After spending so much on a solid gold necklace, I am very disappointed to have to be taking it to a jewellers for repair already which will cost £60+.
This was a gift from my husband with our sons name on so I am quite upset that it hasn’t lasted very long and am worried the parts near the name will snap in future and I may lose it.
