What base metals do you use?

We exclusively source the finest metals to ensure every piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Our collection is crafted using 925 Sterling Silver, Solid 9ct Gold, Luxurious 18ct Gold, and Elegant Platinum—each chosen for its enduring beauty and timeless appeal.

What plating options do you have?

How do I order a personalised product?

How long will my order arrive in?

We aim to make and dispatch your order within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail 24 for UK deliveries. International orders usually arrive within 4–10 days, depending on the destination.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email or the contact page.

How do I choose the right ring size?

Choosing the right ring size is essential for both comfort and peace of mind. Here are a few easy ways to ensure the perfect fit:

    Use a piece of string or strip of paper to wrap around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length against a ruler. Compare your measurement with a standard ring size chart to find your size.
  2. Consider Comfort and Fit
    Your finger size can change throughout the day due to temperature or water retention. Measure when your hands are at a normal temperature—usually later in the day—to get the most accurate result. The ring should fit snugly but still be easy to slide over the knuckle.

Most orders arrive within 48 hours after we dispatch them. For international deliveries, please allow 4–10 days.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We carefully place each piece of jewellery in a lovely, giftable necklace box, complete with protective wrapping to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. This way, your purchase is perfectly presented for gifting—or simply treating yourself—right out of the package.
