30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It is unworn or unused.
  • All tags are attached.
  • It's in the original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for Approval: We'll review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: These cannot be returned.
  • Personalised Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items unless there is a fault or damage on our part.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible:

  • All tags must be intact.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Bank Processing Times: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
