I ordered a gold necklace as a mothers day gift and the package was lost by the courier - I contacted the Apsley & Heron after it didn't arrive and the team went above and beyond to help me. They sorted out a new necklace on the same day and went to the courier office on their lunch. The new necklace arrived in time and was exactly what I had ordered and what my wife wanted. Thank you to the team so much for helping out when they didn't cause the problem and delivering a great quality product which made a new mum very happy.
